Went to the Wisconsin Rapids Perkins restaurant for dinner today Saturday 11/01/25 I don't think I'll ever be going back. So we get there, order our drinks. She brings one drink and didn't bring the other. She was supposed to bring a soda without ice. I had just had some teeth pulled so we're waiting for her to bring the other drink. She didn't come. She didn't come. So one of us went up and said hey. We're still waiting for our soda. She says .. Oh I'll get it right away. Finally she brings it over and it's full of ice. We told her again. We do not want ice in that soda. We just had teeth pulled so she takes it. She goes and waits on someone else. Finally, she brings our soda over. We had already ordered our food. and we wait and we wait. There was only six other customers in the restaura

Cooks need to wear hair nets or hat. Had 2 plates with hair in our scramble eggs, they remade the eggs and still had hair on one of the plate. Management didnt want to come out to see us until the second time we had the hair in the eggs. They didn't make us pay but we loss appetite and didn't finish our food. Waitress was good, she kept telling management about it but don't know where or what failed.

Went in at around 8:50 pm, had to wait 20 minutes to get a seat while there were only 2 tables occupied. No body came out in that time frame... All while you can hear them gossiping and laughing about one of their coworkers in the back. We only got seated because another customer called the restaurant after waiting to pay for roughly 5 minutes and loudly pretended to answer the phone (was great, only reason the "Atmosphere" got 2 stars. NOT because of the employees). The food was decent, though the scrambled eggs tasted like plain egg whites (literally nothing else) and instead of the sausage links I ordered, I got bacon instead.

Literally sat there for 10 min without a single server coming. Just wanted pie. Two separate sets of patrons told us we should leave before leaving themselves. There were 3 other tables in front of us that had not had service either. This is the second time I’ve gone with absent service. The owner should be embarrassed. If you like giving your money to a place that doesn’t give a damn about good service this is your place to waste it.
