Perkins American Food Co.

We are senior citizens, we don’t have a lot of extra money. Since my husband has been diagnosed with brain cancer we have been trying to go out for meals, something we haven’t done in our 49 years of marriage very often. Today we went to Perkins, on TV it looks so good. What a disappointment!!! It was terrible! Never again. Should have went to Eddies where we know we can get a good meal. Not trying to get our money back. Like Judge Judy says, if you ate the steak, you pay for the steak!!! Service was Great!! No wonder there was no one there & Eddies is crowded. Cost us 28.00!!! Yes I left a 20% tip even though we hated it. Guess I should of said what we hated about the food. My omelet, egg whites were separating around the omelet. Had yellow cheese on top with a few piece

We had a party in the banquet room with 48 people!! The waitresses were so professional and friendly!! The food was well prepared and came out in a timely manner for the amount of people. I can’t say enough what a great experience we had. Thank you Perkins! My Mom had a great 95th Birthday there

I rated the food a 2 because it is usually a 2, but the night before last it was a 0 because I didn't get any. I tried to place an Uber order and it was canceled due to an error on the merchant's side. Uber told me to call Perkins to fix it, which I have had to do with other companies. However when I called Perkins, the worker said "I don't know how to do anything about that." So I said "can you please get your manager?" Her response, "I don't know where she is." I responded "she must be in the building somewhere." She then walked around yelling for her manager until she found her ( she was carrying the cordless phone with her). Her manager told her she wasn't going to fix that right now. So I asked to speak directly with the manager. I could hear the manager refuse to take the call. So I

Cannot beat their breakfast or French silk pie! I stop here every time I'm driving through the area just for my pie. The staff is always great as well!
