Perkins American Food Co.

I don’t like leaving sub par reviews but I haven’t been to a Perkins in awhile, and will not be coming back anytime soon. It was my girlfriend, and my daughter. We were seated quickly, but after that not sure what happened. A new waiter in training waited on us. He was trying but not knowing what’s available then ordering and finding out that at 5:30 pm they are already out of all their soups was disappointing. I always get a certain drink, normally on upper Peach street, and when I asked for it, it was an automatic no. I ordered the meatloaf it was dry and overcooked. My girlfriend got the salmon and liked it. My daughter got the chicken tenders and they were not bad. My biggest complaint is I spent 70.00.with tip. For what we got and average service I would not go back there unfortunatel

The food was great, was super packed at 11am, but didnt have to wait for a table. We were Seated right away. The cook managed to get the bacon perfect, along with everything else ordered. Would recommend for breakfast. Bill for 2 was a bit high at $52 for breakfast food.

The Perkins on Buffalo Road in Erie was ok. We went there on 3/6 for dinner. The food was good and everyone we interacted with was friendly. However Dee, the server whose section we were seated in never acknowledged us. It took her 45 minutes to even acknowledge us and by then we had already been taken care of by someone else. She also left a table in her section dirty for 45 minutes and was still dirty when we left. The server James on the other hand went above and beyond to help us and take care of us despite us not being in his section of the restaurant.

Maggie was our server and she did awesome! She was very attentive to our table and always made sure we had everything we needed. She was very upbeat and helpful, and knew off the top of her head what ingredients were in each dish, which helped accommodate our preferences. Nick was the cook and all of our food was cooked and seasoned to perfection! We were very pleased!

I haven't been here for a 2 years or so.I remember my dad use to us kids (5 of us) here all the time we loved the experience but I was taking a look at the prices I could only imagine bringing my five here now that would be a 100 dollar bill for breakfast easy. honestly foods great service great just the price is crazyness
