Solid place. Phone is answered by owner who takes pride in providing top notch customer service. He was quick to respond by text message for a change I wanted. Food was good. The chicken salad wrap tasted like a cheat meal but is healthy. The grilled chicken casear pasta salad was my favorite dish. I also liked the buffalo chicken bowl and asian teriyaki beef bowl. The chicken quesadilla was convenient for a quick snack option. I didn't like the chicken with spicy rigatoni but that's just my personal preferences which trends towards stronger flavors and more ethnic type foods, it does not mean the dish was not high quality, which it was. Will definitely order from here again next time I am in Radnor.

My first time trying meal prep, and I’m so lucky I landed on this company. Their food is amazing - nutritious, affordable, and it makes you feel great throughout the day. They also offer a great variety too. Jesse and the team have been so helpful with my orders and always provide excellent service. The best place to get meal prep from. I've always had trouble counting macros and making food I'm excited about and this place keeps it so easy and convenient. Everything I have tried is delicious and keeps me incredibly full and energized. There are many options every week along with rotating menu items so you don't get bored of the same food. I appreciate the local delivery option and the driver is so nice and communicative about arrival time and drop off. I highly recommend them to everyone!
