Perch is not just a remarkable and unforgettable dining experience (casual yet refined, elevated yet relaxed) but more importantly a celebration of community. The cozy and intimate space – 8 counter settings around the cooking surface - places you right in the center of action. And you become best friends with not only the fellow diners to your left and right but also the chefs and staff. Each course was meticulously prepared, with fresh seasonal and local ingredients. Each plate finished with delicate touches – which underscored the passion and craft of the immensely talented team. We began our dinner with a potato puff amuse that was the perfect combination of fluffy and crispy, with a similar luxurious balance of smoked roe and crème fraiche. Perch is such a special experience. With only 12 seats, it feels incredibly intimate and exclusive but relaxed all at the same time. Every course on the tasting menu was thoughtful, beautifully balanced, and full of flavor without trying too hard. The wine pairing was spot on and elevated each dish perfectly. Chef Sam is truly exceptional — insanely talented, creative, and so passionate about what she does. Being that close to the kitchen made the whole night even more memorable. I can't wait to book my next dinner.

What an amazing night!! Renee, Sam, and Meegan are not only extremely talented, they're super kind and made the evening an extremely memorable experience. Every course was delicious and stunning, and the wine pairings were on point. It was delightful to hear about how they source the products and collaborated on the menu. Truly great!

Dinner at Perch was one of those evenings you don’t want to end. The food was exceptional, and the team’s attention to detail made every moment feel effortless and considered. Warm, thoughtful, and genuinely special. We will absolutely be back
