Peppe's Pollo

I had been craving Colombian food for a while and stumbled upon this hidden gem. I love places like this because they always have the most authentic and flavorful food. and this spot did not disappoint! I ordered the sancocho de pollo, and it was absolutely delicious. the flavors took me right back to my grandma’s cooking. My partner had the bandeja paisa, and he devoured it. was that good! The décor is a bit old-fashioned, but honestly, I didn’t mind. I came for the food, and it delivered. The sweetest elderly couple runs the place, and their warm service made the experience even better. I’m so grateful to have an authentic Colombian restaurant in the area since there aren’t many nearby. I’ll definitely be back!

First time here; been meaning to try this spot for a long time. Everything tasted great- we had sancocho de gallina, beef empanadas, frijoles & arroz con pollo. The aji was on the spicier side, so if you’re used to a more vinegary/lemony salsa, don’t pour it all over your food before trying it (like I did) 🤣 Will definitely come back for more.

I called 1 hr before closing for pick up. I was tolled they were closing and kitchen was already close.The lady pick up with attitude . she always seems miserable when i call or pick up . I understand most places close kitchen 30 min before . I call for pick and not to even sit down . was like well i guess I just take business somewhere else . Change you hours and ur attitude . Or if you want close earlier than just change you times. Too bad my dad really wanted colombian food . Left salty taste regarding this place . I eaten here before. I only come here becuase it’s only close by colombian restaurant . is it the best ? not at all . this was last attempt trying eat here. they obviously don’t want the business

A small family friendly restaurant with delicious food, empanadas are the best we've had from a Colombian restaurant. We ordered a bandeja paisa, fritanga, sancocho de cola y pan de bono jugo de mora y lulo en agua. Parking is spacious because the restaurant is within a plaza along with other businesses, the dinning area is somewhat small to accommodate large crowds, however we did see people ordering a lot of take out. The owners are sweet and kind people. A very hardworking family ❤️

Great people and amazing service. If a conversation isn't happening while you're waiting, you are doing it wrong. Don Jose and his wife are lovely, hard-working people. The food we ordered, bandeja paisa and sobrebarriga, were flavorful with healthy servings. Everything reasonably priced. Strongly recommend. A taste of Colombia.
