I had a Christmas smothered omelette with queso and guacamole... SO GOOD! The chile is the perfect heat (I'm New Mexican, I like it hot!) and the flavors were perfect.
Love this spot! Came here on a work day trip to pick chilis in hatch and stopped by to have lunch. Wonderful service and the food is delicious. Plus the property is so cute! Will be back.
My wife and I recently drove to Hatch, NM from Albuquerque to buy some red chili. We planned on getting lunch in Hatch. We asked a local for a recommendation. They happily suggested the Oepper Pot. We are glad they did! Amazing New Mexico style food, great service, perfect location, and friendly prices. We will return!
Incredibly kind and helpful staff and the food was all I wanted it to be. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
The 2 waitress/hostess/bussers were hustling on a busy Memorial Day so waiting about 10 minutes for a table wasn't a big deal. The food was ok. We live in North idaho & we were expecting better than we get up there. It wasn't bad, I ate all mine. It just wasn't OMG THAT'S SO GOOD. My wife said her chimichanga was good but she's had better. Overall we left disappointed that the food wasn't better
