Penn Station East Coast Subs

This place is fantastic! Best sub spot around. The steak and cheese is amazing, and their bread is amplified the flavor. Great service and clean store!

So I have been a fan of Penn Station subs for over 20 years. I remember going to a different location near my high school on a first date. The carnival style fries and club sub were goated. However, at this location, the fries are constantly black from rot. The potatoes don't get turned into fries quick enough and they go bad. I pick out 1/3 of my fries that are rotten. The subs are just ok. Not as full of toppings as I remember from back in the day. I used to eat here all the time. Shame it gives me the ick now.

Ordered a Club sandwich, they forgot the ham, turkey and cheese. It was takeout so I wasn't going to drive back to correct. I emailed them via their website contact form, but never got a response. Won't be going back.

Three orders and all of them were wrong. I have an allergy to tomato’s and there were lots of them on my sandwich. The second order did not have mushrooms of teriyaki sauce. The third order was only meat and cheese not banana peppers, or other condiments. There was no line and the store was not busy. I got an order of fries and it was all tiny broken pieces.

Went there December 20. One of their employees was giving other people free stuff. The manager came over seeing they put too many fries in my bag reached his hand in my bag and pulled a handful of fries out put it in the bin and scooped it up and put it in somebody else’s bag I asked for a refund they said it was gonna be given to me and it still hasn’t happened. I’m getting ran around so I thought I would share this with everybody
