Been coming to this loa ton since it opened, and it’s gradually gone down hill. I ordered a simple sandwich for my daughter and I’m trying to figure out why there wasn’t even a complete slice of turkey and We asked for tomatoes and there was 2 heels of a tomato put on her sandwich. You should get what you pay for.
I'm a huge sandwich guy and that nine grain flatbread is a sensational sandwich! And I don't leave reviews often but that staff is one of the most polite staff I've seen in a while Kayden Aiden and Sean those two guys and one girl there they were great great personalities and by the way that sandwich was done by a pro
I ordered a chicken cordon bleu sub and fries and would have given it negative stars if I could. This was my first time ordering from the oxford store and I should have listened to the reviews and went somewhere else. My fries were so overcooked that they were dark brown, hard and shriveled up and the sandwich had so much mayo on it that I think there was more mayo than anything else. The pictures show all of the lettuce and mayo mixture I scraped off and there was still mayo coating the rest of the sandwich. Gross
My first time here. I'd read the negative reviews but went anyway. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub and my husband got a cheesesteak and we ordered 2 small fries. The young man that took my order (and prepared the sandwiches) was pleasant. The young lady who was doing fries was nice as well. I watched as they prepared our food (to go). I had high hopes. By the time I drove home and we sat down to eat the fries were so soggy and greasy and each of our sandwiches were tasteless. I watched them make the food fresh but it was honestly the worst Penn Station either of us ever had. Can't explain why.... just know next time I'll go to the west side of Hamilton...or West Chester. Good luck Oxford.
On the night of nov 13, 2025 at 5:55 pm, the 3 people that were working there at the time were amazing, and super kind. Chillest fast food workers I've ever encountered in my whole life.
