Penn Station East Coast Subs

Was in today March 6th, witnessed an employee be rude to another customer who seemed to have a learn disability! He was trying to have a conversation with the employee and the worker wanted nothin to do with him! Other than that food was ok lemonade was pretty on point!

Had a great experience here! We went a couple weeks ago, and my husband and I split a full size sub for a casual lunch. A lot of places aren't happy when we do this, sometimes even seeing it like a burden to wrap halves in separate papers or even give us an extra fork. Here they plated the meal in two separate settings without us asking, checked on us once in a non-invasive and pleasant manner, and were just generally kind and provided good service. Happy they're our sub place in walking distance, we'll be stopping in from time to time for sure.

Food was great, absolutely love the vibes in this establishment. Workers are nice. Planned on taking food to go but stayed cause of how chill it was. Definitely happy and looking forward to coming back!

The only reason the atmosphere is a 4 is merely because, in my earnest opinion, this place puts the "hidden" in "hidden gem!" Tucked away behind a car repair shop on one of the busiest streets in downtown Kent, it's easy to stroll on by this locale without ever being aware of its existence! And what a shame that would be, if not for the name they have built for themselves! Pride is harnessed by good ol' fashioned hard work, know-how, and a tenacity for doing it up right... all of which are put on display and definitely radiates through the amazing taste only a well-run Penn Station can deliver! Take my advice: don't pass on this place!

Had a problem with online ordering that was a corporate issue. They couldn’t fix it right away but still tried to make it right.
