Penn Station East Coast Subs

I’m never the one to complain but when you spend almost 20 dollars for a meal and get a sandwich that’s not made right bothers me. I will never go back to this establishment after what I experienced with the sandwich artist want to go back and forth and say she put green peppers and extra cheese on my sandwich and didn’t🤦🏾‍♀️ what she needs to learn is customers are always right in food industry and in this experience I was right🤦🏾‍♀️ the guy was sooo sweet to redo my meal and very polite and I appreciate that. But they sandwich artist need to retire or be disciplined.

Had a coupon for a "buy one large, get one small" so I thought I'd give it a try. Ordered a club on multi-grain bread and a Classic Italian on the same. Since there is no way I'm eating what works out to 3 sandwiches at one sitting, I'll just review the club. It was good! The bread alone was delicious, a bit sweet (maybe too sweet?), had a nice chew to it. A good portion of meat, well balanced with the normal selection of veggies and the good amount of sauce without being a sloppy mess. I'm looking forward to finishing it for lunch tomorrow. Or do I eat the Italian? 🤔

I’m still reeling from the incredible Italian sub I devoured at Penn Station tonight! The freshly baked bread, crispy veggies, and savory meats blended together in perfect harmony. The staff were friendly, efficient, and ensured my order was spot-on. Penn Station truly delivers on flavor, quality, and customer service. If you're a sub lover like me, do yourself a favor and get to Penn Station ASAP! 10/10 would recommend Special shoutout to Calla and Gianna and Ava 19 mile and Garfield Location in Clinton township, MI

First time to the new Penn Station and the food was terrific and the help- Trish, gave the absolute best customer service that I have had in a long time! She was so wonderful! What an Asset to this restaurant! I will definitely be returning! Five star plus!

Tristan and Maeve were wonderful. they made me and my sister feel welcomed for it being our first time there. They made us funny and have a good time while we were waiting for our food to be made. give them a raise please 🙏.
