Customer Reviews
I have to 100% honest. I’m Visiting from out of state and use to Love Penn Station. The one in my neighborhood has turned to trash so I wanted to try this location. They also have cut back on the quality. But bear in mind that food is VERY SUBJECTIVE!! I’m giving 5⭐️ because this lovely location is run by the most courteous, thoughtful, caring, and considerate group of people you could ever want to run into❤️Meet Shika She is just darling and cares so deeply about how the end consumer feels about the experience and food! So just say something if you’re not sure etc. i absolutely recommend this location. They deserve your support and business!
Possibly the worst sandwich I've ever had. I've been to over 20 Penn Stations across the country. This was by far something you wouldn't even feed your dog. I got served fries made with a rotten potato. My sandwich had like 2 pieces per half. Cheese was not existent. I ordered extra onion with extra banana peppers. Barely anything. I also wanted oil and vinegar. Not a splash. Bone dry. I would avoid this location at all costs. After reading reviews I see I'm not the only one to get a horrible meal.
For the amount of money and time I waited for my food you'd think it was amazing. Definitely not the case today! My wife and I used to love the subs here. My wife's chicken cordon bleu was very skimpy on the chicken! If she wanted a bread sandwich she would've asked for it! Hardly any toppings at all. My chicken parmesan was decent but dry. I ate half of it and realized it was missing something...the pizza sauce, WTH?! The fries were at least okay. Plus the attitude for the side of honey mustard was totally unnecessary. Overall we were not happy with our meal today! It was expensive and lackluster! This was most definitely our last visit to this restaurant. Not even sure if we'll even give another location a try or not...
Floors were slippery and the menu sign is right up against the front door/entryway. Two combos was $37 which is crazy considering how little food you get. The wrap was a square and had barely any food in it. Too much of chicken it contained was inedible and fat. The cheesesteak was dry and bland and not enough filling/toppings for the size of the bread. Both portions of fries were small, cold, and clearly the bottom of the bin (all small and burnt pieces). Bad and incredibly disappointing.
I have been going to this location for lunch for nearly a decade and it has always been fantastic. A couple months ago, they sold to a new owner and everything stayed the same…at first. I went in today and there were three people I had never seen before and let me tell you how the visit went. 1). They had a $192 catering order that they were trying to get done in the middle of the lunch rush. 2). They had up to 12 people, myself included, waiting to pay for upwards of 20 minutes. 3). When I finally did get my food, the fries were raw. When I took them back to the register, the manager’s response was “but they’re hot!” Yeah, no shit. They were sitting in 400 degree oil. Of course they’re hot. Doesn’t mean they’re done. They tried twice more to make me fries and they were still raw
