Food and service were both incredible. Don’t miss the Vodka Pasta. I also loved the salad, the broccolini, the shrimp lemon pasta was delightful and refreshing, and the rainbow cookie was a great way to end the evening. Garth was a great server.
The food was incredibly delicious, and our server, Patrick, was absolutely amazing. This is one of our brand-new favorite places, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
Tried the new Franklin location of Pelato tonight and were delighted! I’ve never been to the Germantown location so I’m not sure how it compares, but I’m assuming there’s more parking in Franklin 😄 It was busy for a Thursday evening (definitely recommend reservations) and everyone we encountered from the hosts to the bartenders to the servers were friendly and helpful. We had the burrata, the Pelato salad, the charred broccolini, the cauliflower, the meatballs, and the lemon shrimp pasta. Everything was delicious. The pasta especially was amazing, with a bright, creamy sauce & perfectly cooked pasta and tons of shrimp. The portions were generous for “small” plates (the salad was the size of a child’s head!!) We sat at the bar and had excellent, attentive service from Bella and Evan. The li
The best Italian in Nashville, hands down. Order the burnt brocollini and radiatori vodka. Shout out to Camden for the amazing service! Excellent management!
2 Stars We visited Pelato’s new Franklin location on a Monday night around 7pm. It was surprisingly packed for a Monday, but we had a reservation and were seated immediately. Our server also came over quickly. The menu is structured around unconventional small shareable plates, so our table took a little time deciding what to order. We ended up ordering the burnt broccolini, meatballs, garlic bread, two vodka pastas, baked ziti, and two chicken parms. Early in the meal, a Diet Coke was brought to the table but the server accidentally dropped it and spilled the drink across the table and onto one member of our party. To her credit, she was apologetic, but it still turned into a whole ordeal of cleaning the table and dealing with the spill, which disrupted the flow of the meal pretty earl
