Peja Vu Fine Food and Catering LLC

Peja Vu is an exciting breath of fresh air! Elevating the food truck experience offering intriguing & unique dishes without all the extra bs. I ordered the Shinobi tacos along with the Bumba which both were perfect size portion, worth every penny and more. The smoked pulled pork was done to perfection, well seasoned and succulent. Each dish was balanced and full of flavor, without being overpowering. You can tell there was a lot of time and effort put into curating each item offered. Highly recommend checking out Peja Vu if you get a chance!

Delicious and interesting combinations of ingredients. While the allergens are not listed on the menu the person taking the order did a really great job of communicating with us about what they could and could not do to attempt to give us the safest dining experience they could. I would go out of my way to try their food again.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with and communicated very well. He came up with an incredible menu for my mom's birthday party off of just a few ideas I had, and everyone loved it. The presentation was great, he took care of the set up and take down, and we could not have had a better experience. Highly highly recommend Peja Vu and will be calling them next time I need a caterer. Thanks Ryan!

Peja Vu....do not miss their appearances. When I lived in Sheboygan, WI, I was fortunate to have a place called the Green Room where I called home. The owner/chef, Ryan Messner, kept everyone delighted with his creations. Fast forward to me not living in Sheboygan, and missing all of my weekly favorites (Static Chicken, Smokey Chipotle, Crazy Choke). Now, Ryan has evolved and grown into multiple wonderful dining experiences, including but not limited to Peja Vu and Dueling Roosters. I cannot say in proper terms that you should not miss when this man and his team prepares service for you. My local family continue to track the opportunities and let me know the amazing culinary experience I am missing. It's a MUST every time I return to Sheboygan. Chef Mez, please keep evolving.
