Pei Wei Asian Express

This food is the worst most absolute disgusting food I’ve ever had. Been to this place a couple times, each time I go the booth gets dirtier the food gets more disgusting and the workers are in more of a bad mood. The chicken is mooshy fake chicken with no taste. The rice is the most dry unflavored dish I’ve had. Topping it off with HAIR IN FOOD, and workers not wearing hairnets

Tried Pei Wei Asian Express for the first time. The food was okay and the prices were reasonable compared to similar spots in the same food court. However, customer service was disappointing, the staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming. Also, unlike most Asian places that include a white sauce or offer it for free, they charge 50 cents for a tiny cup, even with a $10–$12 meal. Not a great first impression.

I go to dig into my food, and not only did they barely give me chicken, I notice a long stand of hair on my chicken! This is unacceptable and unsanitary! Never eating here again, just made my day horrible!

The best return on investment in the food court at Southpoint mall. The two item combo is enough food to stuff four people. And it is always delicious and fresh. The only let down is that every meal is served in a Styrofoam clamshell (that makes two excellent deep plates). Our teenage cousin always wants to try every other option in the food court and ends up watching balefully as we grind down the mountain of food we get from Pei Wei. Go on, get six tiny nuggets and two waffle fries, kid. Enjoy watching us Chow down for another ten minutes, and don't even think about taxing my pile.

Lol wth is this slop? There’s a little bone in my bourbon chicken and the firecracker shrimp has a $1.00 or so upcharge just to be this little piece of shrimp and thick overcooked fried breading. I didn’t even receive a greeting upon arriving, nor a friendly face. I asked for a cup for water, but the young man said they don’t serve water cups and asked if I want a soda or bottled water instead. I said nevermind about the water and happily went to Chikfila for water where the rest of my family ate. Upon paying I said thank you and the cashier immediately began talking to his coworker where both were just leaning on the counter. I should’ve just gone to the other chinese food places; it’s a shame this place pulled into the block just to ruin my perspective of the regular Pei Wei. The other r
