Peggy's Diner

Went here for the first time with the wife and unfortunately had an average experience. Food was ok and hate to admit but the gravy was probably the best part of it all. We also got the homemade pie which again was just ok. All of the waitresses on the other hand were extremely nice and helpful I could tell they had many many years of experience. Prices are very good and you definitely get the old diner vibe and warm welcome feeling when walking in. Unsure if we would ever come back though which is disappointing considering they have been open for almost 70 years!!

Overall, a great experience. It's got a real down-home feel. The food was tasty and a decent portion size. Prices were good. The service was wonderful. I will definitely come back again.

My wife and I stopped for the first time. We got the turkey dinners and it was delicious. We also shared a piece of coconut cream pie which was excellent as well. We will be coming back to try other things on the menu for sure. Service was exceptional as well

Cheryl is very good at her job. Most all of the ladies are TOP NOTCH and take very good care of their customers. And I can't ever complain about the food.

My family & I went to eat cod dinner. My salad had rotten lettuce. The server was told & decided not to get a new salad. I was eating my cod & it was not cooked thoroughly.My brother -n law did not get cocktail sauce & my sister did get her stew tomatoes. My brother -n- law asked for a manager or who is in charged here. A manager came to the table & told my brother -n- law to calm down & do not raise your voice. It was very unprofessional towards the manager. We were not asking for free meal. The manager told us stop eating the food. We left & saw the server & manager talking at the table. The service was horrible. My family & I felt that we did something wrong. It was very cold in the restraunt. The service was awful & the manager was unprofessional!!!! Do not go to Peggy's diner.
