Peet's Coffee

Immediately upon walking in, one staff member, Steph, rudely asked me and my group to “not block the door,” even though we were simply reading the menu prior to ordering. Further, our group’s orders were not accurate to our requests—one person somehow receiving a protein matcha smoothie instead of a strawberry smoothie, and another receiving a hot drink instead of iced. Quality of drinks and food itself were great; however, majority of staff were not friendly nor helpful. Steph, most especially, gave our entire group a problem. Would not recommend unless you want your morning coffee made with a side of attitude.

Cute place - but staff wasn’t very friendly. We stood at the counter for a minute before anyone acknowledged us. And they didn’t technically acknowledge us; they acknowledged a couple that walked in after us and told them we were all standing in the wrong place to have our order taken. Iced latte was decent. Scone was really gross. I wanted to like this place, but it was just “meh”.

Got some excellent coffee at this place. I had an oatmilk cappuccino and partner had a mocha frappuccino. My drink was excellent, very well made. The frappuccino was a tad weak so the Barista added a shot at no extra charge. Happy to see plant based muffin and cookie! Plenty of seating

What a terrible experience. Super messy! Boxes everywhere! So unappealing. I decided to write a review because I went yesterday with my daughter and the two girls just kept talking to each other ignoring the customers until I had to say something. The ice coffee I ordered was supposed to be ice coffee with oat milk but no oat milk whatsoever! My daughter’s drink the same. When the ordered two more croissants. Just needed to be heated took over 15 minutes and they weren’t busy. It was not a good experience at all!

The service there was awesome. The workers were very nice. The food has great flavor. You also have a great view
