Peet's Coffee

Coffee is good the grilled cheese was absolutely horrible. They sell and serve soggy uncooked food. Do not recommend if you’re hungry there’s better coffee options with food. Disappointed never had that from a Pete’s. The extra drive to Phil’s Coffee in Walnut Creek is the one to check out.

Owner’s attention please. Coffee is constantly good. I come here once in a while and for the 1st time I am disappointed by the waitress Malissa. There was no one else in the room when I arrived. Melissa was helping another customer, and once she finished, a new customer walked in. She immediately greeted the new person and completely ignored me, as if I wasn’t even there. I had to say, “I’ve been waiting to order,” three times before she acknowledged me—still, there was no apology offered to me, only to the other customer. I truly don’t want to jump to conclusions, but I can’t help but notice the dynamic: I am an Asian woman, and the other customer was a white blonde woman. I love coming here in the weekends. The parking is easy and there is always a place to sit outside. Oh yes, service is good too.

I take back everything I ever said about Peet’s coffee. The coffee today was cold and I get the same thing every time. Who knew coffee could be so cutthroat I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN A PEETS AGAIN ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE’S A STARBUCKS IN THE SAME PLAZA. + THEY DON’T TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES WELL.
