Pearl's Dive

Wonderful addition to Red Hook! They made accommodations for our last minute birthday stop for a party of 10 that grew to 14 and we had such a great time. Live guitar player when we walked in, delicious local sparkling wines, an array of delicious caviar flights and bites with a fire pit outside... All the things I love! Plus the staff was phenomenal. Would definitely come back for a date night dinner as the steak and skate look amazing too!

came here for my birthday dinner and was blown away by every single dish we got! We ordered the silver caviar flight, oysters, trout roe dip, skate wing, and lobster roll. every single fish was cooked to perfection and/or so fresh. i loved the accoutrements that came with the caviar. the ambience was absolutely on point with a lovely singer, matt, giving an amazing performance reminiscent of tom waits. and lastly, Janiel, our server was an absolute darling and so well versed on the caviar offerings. we had a really nice time chatting with him :) thank you Pearls Dive for an amazing birthday experience!

My wife and I are visiting from San Diego this week, and both agreed that caviar sounded good. I searched for 'Caviar Tasting NYC' and came across this establishment. I made a reservation, and I am so happy that I did! We were warmly greeted upon our arrival by Craig, who I later learned is the founder of the business. He was excellent and took care of us throughout our visit. We decided to try the cheese curds and The Grail caviar tasting experience. The cheese curds were excellent, but the real star was the caviar-tasting experience. Craig walked us through all eight caviars he had prepared for us and explained how they might pair best with the extensive set of accouterments they provided for the experience. He explained the differences in harvesting, aging, etc. which was interesting

This restaurant was a fantastic surprise for us as we were staying at the The Lodge Red Hook hotel nearby. Had an amazing evening with excellent food, including but not limited to the caviar. There are great caviar options but also other food in case that doesn't appeal to you. The service was great. The food was delicious from start to finish - cocktails, apps (the mushroom bisque!), entrées, dessert - all so good. We really enjoyed learning about the different types of caviar and we built our own flight. Loved sitting inside with live music, then finishing the night outside by the fire. Such a great spot, highly recommend it.

Just a month before my first visit to Pearls Dive, I saw LaQuan Smith enjoying Pearl Street Caviar out of a beautiful golden container that came from this restaurant. Prior to that I stopped by here a few times to admire its’ rock garden, before deciding I’d treat myself out, and celebrate my birthday here. I thought it was like a coincidence that LaQuan Smith enjoyed caviar from here, too, and I saw it was a sign that this is where I’d celebrate my milestone. It was a warm Friday in Autumn, 2023 when I arrived to celebrate my birthday, and to this day I remember how welcomed I felt and how well Craig attended to me. Since then, I’ve come here often, and can tell that all of the staff make it a point to leave a positive impression each time. I love coming back here with friends or alone
