Pearl City Hops

Went here to try something new. It might be a little known gem! The food was really great! If you like bacon and jalapeños they had a really great bacon-jalapeño spread they put on a burger- to die for! Bright atmosphere and really good set to watch sports! Definitely glad we tried it, definitely going back!

Been here twice now. Each time the service was great, the food amazing, and so many choices for drinks. It's a nice and quiet atmosphere as well. The missus and I will continue to stop by when around Jamestown.

Service is beyond slow. Food took forever to receive. Appetizers came out with entrees. My steak was very over cooked and wings that were not suppose to be spicy were very spicy. Lots of miss communication. Server said she had explained to the cooks how to tell if a steak is done. Would not go back but our server Andrea was very nice and did Apologize for the horribly cooked and prepared food.

When we went here, it wasn't clear exactly where the entrance was. We went in through the hotel lobby. There were only a few tables and a bar. The bartender had to act as our server as they were short-staffed. Unexpectedly a loud alarm kept going off in the building across the street. They staff apologized even though they had nothing to do with it. Very professional. It was an agonizing wait for the food. The menu seemed limited. We each had a version of their gourmet burgers. The quality of their food was great.

Some of the best service I’ve ever had- the bar staff is incredibly attentive & intuitive. The house cocktails delight all the senses of the tounge, and their fries are a superb compliment to the main dishes. Google maps navigation made parking a bit difficult (bar is attached to the Hilton doubletree) but otherwise this has been a lovely place to eat food, relax, and have a drink
