Peapod by Stop & Shop

Let me tell you what happens at peapod. A driver gets assigned a route and most of the time the drivers know ahead by the paperwork which stops are hard to do, or the customer doesn’t tip enough and if you don’t treat the delivery driver like a king of some country then you’ll get crappy horrible service. But if you’re house or apartment is easily accessible and you tip well , you’ll have all your items delivered all the time. Be mean to the driver and they’ll just take your “out of stock” items home for themselves. You cant trust all the drivers. The management is even worse. They will sell out an employee for $2.00 just to make themselves look good. If you can’t make it to the store it’s just easier to find someone you know who can go for you. Because you absolutely WILL get ripped off.

Really getting worse and worse each week. Every week I have to go to the grocery store due to the vast amounts of out of stock items. I guess I’m at fault for continuing to use the service. Delivery drivers are fine, I tip them well but unfortunately have nothing positive to say about Stop and Shops Peapod service.

I an new to the area. Everybody in store is nice, polite & on the spot with a answer to a question. Thank you!

Nice store with a lot of upscale stuff. Seems a little pricier than the competition but very convenient.
