PDQ Orlando: SODO

Im not one to really leave a review anywhere but I just had to express how grateful I was for Lorenzo at the drive thru window. He had the best attitude and very polite. For sure spreading the Christmas cheer around. Absolutely made my day! The food is also pretty good, love the chocolate milkshakes! Happy Holidays everyone!

Chicken filet was tiny. Barely received any fries. The meal was a huge let down. I always say if Big Momma ain’t in the kitchen don’t eat here. Big Momma serves up the best food but unfortunately she wasn’t here today.

I used to go to the PDQ off colonial 10 miles away and was very annoyed that such a good location had closed down to be replaced by the nonsense that is Saucy by KFC. This location delivered and obliterated a craving I have had for months. The food is so good here, I'm actually okay with driving 10 miles to enjoy it. There's probably a lot of other decent options near me but sadly they aren't as excellent as this one here when it comes to chicken tenders. Thank you to the staff that worked today on 1/10/2026, the experience you delivered along with the fact that the bathrooms are incredibly clean shows me this staff cares and knows what they are doing and it helps me enjoy the "fast food" that much more. Great job.

Made my first order on the app. A very simple order with 2 combos and an order or 5 chicken strips. All to go. Sadly I did not receive my full order. Plus, for some reason they put the sandwiches in a plastic container with the French fries. So, the fries were all soggy by the time we ate. Everything was very salty. The rep solution was to offer the missing items for the NEXT time I go... which is never. We will see if he honors the refund he offered. Would not recommend.

Great service, good food cooked to order, clean dining room. My daughter and I stopped in for dinner on a Sunday evening in June of 2023. The employees weren't too busy and were tending to the dining room, making it extra clean. The good was good but a bit pricey for what you get. See my picture of the 3 tender combo for the serving size of the fries. The sauces were very good (we got Sweet Sriracha and Honey Mustard) and it was cooked fresh, which is always nice. The drink machine had several flavors that were unavailable, so I let the employees know. We would NOT recommend the Mac n Cheese for the kids meal. It was neon orange and tasted too artificial to us both. Opt for the fries instead as they are really quite good.
