Customer Reviews
It’s. Nothing like advertised. This is the 3rd time ordering this within probably 2 years. Fist time was great and just like advertised. The last two, not so much. My grinder vs what I ordered in the photos. My other two for my family are similar in disappointment. They just use the left over pizza toppings versus the deli style ham like shown.
I walked in to order a pizza. It was a rather impulsive decision, but when I entered the restaurant, my first thought was for the people who work here. It hardly seems for they would have to work on that smell, no aroma all day. They are better persons than I. I would eat my way through every shift. I had to deal with that smell, no aroma for 20 minutes in my car. When I got home and dug in, it was every bit as good as it smelled. Excelente!
The best pizza in the Lansing area! With the closing of DeLuca's it's been hard to find great pizza. Horrocks Pizza is pretty good, but I find their crust can be a bit thin for my liking but the flavor is still there. PDP's checks off all the boxes for me. There is a great balance between the crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. Based on the flavor of the dough it's unique in the Lansing area and I wouldn't be surprised if they make it in house. There is a great balance of toppings as well so you're getting that flavor with every bite. Last that pizza sauce doesn't overwhelm you (like Little Caesars cheese pizza) and is more of a compliment to the pizza as a whole. This cozy historic site (which was a former railroad station) is definitely worth the drive if you're looking for good pizza.
Prices went up and the quality went way way down. Then what I feel like was the night manager maybe, seemed to get an attitude because I wanted a refund. Won’t be wasting my time or money on the wet burrito anymore. It changed and it’s horrible! Nothing but chicken and refried beans ..
Ordered delivery, took 1.5 hours. Pizza is average- need to add Cajun crust to taste the sauce. Fortunately for PDP, they’re the only game in town.
