Really nice place! Staffing is relaxed, friendly, informative. Beer descriptions are great. No real questions needed unless you are really new to beer. Full ABV & IBU listed, too. The brews are on target. Tried a flight of five and solo 8 oz pour. Stouts, sours, various IPA styles, a barleywine, all good. The Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout was particularly delicious. A light hit of heat with a terrific balance of cinnamon, chocolate and pepper. Spot on! A relaxing place to spend several hours. I will gladly come back here next time I'm in town. Especially if it's warm and the outdoor area is open. Cheers!🍻

Worth the trip! They know their craft with delicious options, but the atmosphere ambiance is 10/10. It's a perfect place for a date night after a meal. They have some simple food/snack options (great soft pretzel with beer cheese). Friendly local watering NOT to be overlooked! Take home a growler! Must be 21 to enter.

We LOVE pax! It’s been our favorite for years, and love spending time as a couple and with our family and friends there! All of the employees are so friendly and we’ve loved getting to know them. It’s a great atmosphere with some really awesome brews as well. We love coming up on a weekend to play games and try out different beers! It’s also great that you can bring in your own food, or order from the nearby local restaurants! Pax Verum is a must visit!!!

Up visiting for Father's Day and they had Jen's Country Kitchen BBQ Sauce serving rib dinners for only $10. Did a couple flights of beers, and really like the range - the red ale was my favorite. They have a few bar snacks and sandwiches, but come here for the beer - it really is that good and it's brewed onsight. They also have growlers available. Great space, as nice as I've seen traveling around the country. Spoke with the owner, who says Friday and Saturday night gets hopping - impressive for a place that just opened a little over a month ago in this tiny little town. It's smoke free, and beers are $5 to $7 a pint. Check Facebook for food trucks on Fridays and Saturdays. I'll be back 😉

After biking and brewing on the monon trail in carmel and being highly disappointed I found this place on our way back to our cabin in pendelton. What an overwhelmingly great end to the day. Sept 17 around 8pm.The servers were knowledgeable and personable. We got the flights of 5 hops beers. Every single one was perfectly brewed, great flavor and smooth. Great job. We bought a 4 pack to go. The ambiance, the decor and the comfy cozy outdoors and in were remarkable. A hidden gem. Great job
