The coffees and the service are fantastic! Willie is a great person to talk about coffee. We got latte and cappuccino and both were the best we had for a long time. Great job! Such a great business in Pawling. Can't wait to try their fresh roasted coffees very soon.

We met Willie with Pawling Coffee Roaster last year and came up with a new little event including his delicious coffee and our cows. His shop is adorable and he is incredibly warm and welcoming as well as super knowledgeable about his coffee process. He is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond both in the shop and when he brings his experience and product into the community.

Picked up an espresso blend a few days ago for my new Breville machine. I’m beyond happy I came here to pick up some coffee beans for my espresso rather than going to the grocery store and getting a big name brand. This coffee is high quality and tastes amazing. The owner was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend!
