The family and I went here tonight and we purchased a Parmesan chicken roll, A buffalo chicken roll and an MVP slice. The garlic knots were delicious! I love a good garlic knot and this place has GREAT garlic knots. They were perfect!!! Just the right amount of oil and garlic All of us were very happy with the portion size of the food and the food was delicious. The service was fantastic All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back here

The wait is finally over—Paulie’s Pizzeria has opened! On my first visit, I was impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the friendly smiles from their great team. Now, let’s talk about the pizza. I’m a big sauce person, and their tomato sauce did not disappoint—it’s rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with the cheese blend they use. The dough is thin, flavorful, and complements the sauce beautifully. I also tried their margherita slice and was equally impressed—the combination of cheeses and pepperoni delivered incredible flavor. Paulie’s has officially earned a spot in my Top 5 pizza shops in Huntington. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Only 3 stars cause on the regular pie, there is very little cheese and light on the sauce! The crust thickness is perfect! The buffalo and BBQ are excellent, however, also light on the cheese! That light on cheese thing shows cost cutting, and that sends up a red flag! This is NOT a solo opinion! we'll try it again one more time in the future to see if anything has changed. if not, that'l be our last visit!

Our family has had a home in Huntington since 1992. Over the years, we’ve seen many restaurants come & go. We ordered pizza from this place and were very pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza is. We will order from them again and want to try some of their other menu items. Bravo!!!

2nd time here, freaking Awesome pizza. Great undercarriage! Very welcoming and friendly staff. I recommend the buratta pepperoni hot honey slice , knock your socks off. Also, best garlic knots around.
