I want to share a really disappointing experience I had at Patty Cakes that has completely changed how I feel about the place. I used to love coming here and would visit every 2-3 weeks, but after what happened recently, I’m honestly not sure I’ll be back. The issue was with one of the male employees who was working behind the counter. From the moment we walked in and were waiting for our food, he stared us down in a way that felt really uncomfortable and rude. It wasn’t just a quick glance—it was a full-on stare that made the whole atmosphere tense. When we asked for three slices of pizza to add to our order, instead of being helpful or polite, he rolled his eyes at us and gave us extreme attitude. After failing at making a cake for my daughter birthday ( first timer and definitely got way in over my head. Need to practice more ) I went to look for a cake and Patty Cakes was able to pull off a last minute same day order just in time for my daughter birthday. I was super grateful and impressed at the service as I have never been there before. Cake was yummy too. Here are some photos of the cake. They did the frosting and drip icing and I just decorated after wards.

I could not be happier with our cake. The whole party loved it and it was phenomenal. The customization options were stunning and the cake came out amazing. Will definitely be coming back here for future events.

Felt very rushed even though the store wasn’t busy. Nothing is labeled. I asked about a certain type of fruit cookie which was recommended by a friend, and the guy at the counter kept asking if I meant a black and white cookie (what!!). The desserts were surprisingly bad…made at home from a box mix would have been far better.

I ordered a pizza for Sunday 5 days in advance and even called again a couple days later to confirm the order and let them know about an allergy. When my husband went to pick up the order on Sunday they said they never got it! I had call logs of each of the interactions I had and they basically said “we’re sorry”??? We were having company over and that was one of the main dishes we were serving. They told us it would be at least an hour before they could make us one and ended up giving us whatever was left on the shelf and told us we could heat it up at home (not even a half sheet so not nearly enough). We ended up needing to order appetizers from another restaurant to make up for it. I gave the employee my information and asked for a call back and it’s been two weeks with no call! I will
