Pats Select Pizza | Grill

We have never been to the restaurant but have ordered delivery twice being new to the area. First time everything was amazing. We used the online ordering from store and tipped. The 2nd time...wings were slightly overcooked. The salad seemed to get smaller in ingredients but the price was still $14+. Also this time we used a deal on the website, buy 2 dinners get 2 free desserts. One of those dinners seemed smaller than the normal size as we ordered it previously. And this time the delivery driver was directly upset we were not tipping. The bill was over $80 which includes delivery and tax. If people can not always afford to tip in addition to the delivery fee, shunning just creates a space where we may not order again.

We have been ordering here for years, but recently this place has gone straight down the gutter. I ordered a salad to split with my mom, price $14.39, and received a salad smaller than a side salad that comes with a meal. There was absolutely no lettuce in it, only a few pieces of spinach, half an egg, a few peppers, and two cherry tomatoes. When I called to say something, I was told they would remake it. I chose to not take this option as I didn't want my food spat in. The manager told me he doesn't allow that in his establishment so I asked him why they allowed this pathetic salad to leave the door. I told him I wanted my money back and he told me they don't give refunds at that store and that they would give me a credit. Obviously I will no longer order from this location so that is not

Every time I order from this place, and I told them to be at my job at a certain time. They are always 20 to 30 minutes late. At that point I have to clock back in from work and not eat anything. I always call two hours ahead of time that way they can defer the time and give themselves enough time to plan accordingly. Again, this is the third time that I’ll have to cancel my meal because the meal was not here on time. This is the last time me or anybody from my company will be ordering from them.

I have been in New Jersey for over 2 years now, and Pat’s is the BEST food for the best value, hands down! I had the seared tuna and avocado salad with a scrumptious bean salad on a bed of FRESHHHH spinach! I started eating and almost forgot to snap a pic!! Delicious! Nice atmosphere too! Super friendly staff!!!

Pretty sure this Pizza was thrown together at a groundbreaking speed, and delivered to my house by the legend Dale Earnhardt. This pizza is by far the ugliest, greasiest, most out of proportioned pizza, I have ever laid eyes on. I don’t know what the answer to this is, but this pizza is most certainly a dud.
