Pats Pizza Rosedale

Had a slice with sausage x pepperoni. It was delicious..Came in on Dec. 2nd 2025 around 1:25pm

i ordered the girls at work a treat, and surprised everyone with pizza. i had to leave work and go to the actual location because for some reason, they couldn't process my card over the phone, which was annoying. but it wasn't their fault. when i got there which was a good 20+minutes after, my pizzas were still being cooked. the woman up front was doing the majority of the work, putting pizzas in, taking the pizzas out, boxing them, taking orders, doing the cash register and not once after touching the money and the phones did she change her gloves before she went back to handling the food. There were at least 3 other people in the back that could of assisted, but they left this woman up front to do everything by herself.

I ordered a 40$ crab cake meal and called and asked if they can add LEMON SLICES. I was told no… I said I’ll pay for it , can you ask and again I was told NO.. so I told them cancel the order and I’ll order crab cakes somewhere else. !!!!!

The woman that works there as a cashier is nasty and disrespectful. My husband has told me about her attitude. I called and call no one answers.She finally picks up my call after seeing my husband name on the caller ID but it is me.She answered nasty and hung up on me.l call repeatedly and didn't get an anwer.We have been going to Pat's spending alot of money for the past 25-30 years.If she doesn't like her job she needs to find another one and stop disrespecting customers trying to spend their hard earned money. I had to order from somewhere else. I have also urged my husband to talk with the owner concerning this individual.

We used carry out for cheese steak subs and fries. Sub was ok, fries were very good- crispy outside, soft inside, and a good sized serving.
