Pat's Pizza of Presque Isle

Pat’s Pizza in Presque Isle offers a delightful dining experience with a mix of flavors and local charm. We started with the chicken nachos, featuring homemade chips that added a satisfying crunch. The large pepperoni pizza, adorned with mini pepperoni, was a cheesy delight! Although today the pizza had a subtle hint of horseradish (or something) that left us with mixed feelings. The restaurant’s ambiance is enriched by local sports decor, creating a cozy atmosphere. The friendly waitstaff added a personal touch to our visit, and the quick service ensured we didn’t have to wait long to indulge in Pat’s Pizza’s offerings. Overall, a tasty spot that captures the essence of Presque Isle.

Ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza, and could only eat about a slice and a half each. It was dripping in grease and completely falling apart, so we came back to possibly get a refund — was offered a small regular pepperoni & sausage in return instead, but was worse than the first one and seemingly wasn’t cooked thoroughly either. I can understand not being able to receive a refund as I work in food service myself and didn’t want to be difficult, but they claimed we had eaten “half” of the original pizza so they could only offer a small and not a refund. This was after spending ~42$ for a large pizza and breadsticks, so most of it was wasted. Please do better. 😀

The staff at Pat's really know how to make you feel welcome! Lots of smiles and enthusiasm for great customer service. My meal was ready in short order and fresh and delicious! Thanks for a great experience, keep up the good work, I'll be back soon!

I normally wouldn’t put a bad review out because of one experience, but I used to come here quite often and never had bad service, until Sunday the 28th. It took 20 minutes for us to get water, and another twenty minutes to put our food order in as the waitress was sitting in a booth talking to costumers while we waited. We had to put our appetizers and food orders in at the same time, and then waited another 35 minutes to get our food. Our main courses came out before our appetizers, with everything being luke warm, having to send the fries back because they were cold and soggy. We didn’t send anything else back because it was warm enough to eat and we were hungry. Pretty good pizza. It's a thin crust. Prices are a little high for the portion sizes. Seating area is kind of small and limited to smaller parties. But all in all I'd eat from there again.
