This road stop might not look like much but stop you must. Slow cooked smokey BBQ that was so good and the beans - chefs kiss. Made 2 kiwis very happy
I've had a lot of BBQ, from high-end restaurants to legendary food trucks, and this is easily some of the BEST I've ever had. The brisket is juicy, fall-apart tender, and the bark is packed with flavor. The smoke, herbs, and spices are perfectly balanced—it’s like a symphony of flavor dancing on your taste buds! They’re only open a few hours a day on the weekends, so get there early before they sell out. Whether you’re local or just passing through, this is a must-try!
Brisket was awesome. I loved it, but a little too marbled for my wife. Owners are very nice. Wish them well!
