Pastry Power - Gluten Free Home Bakery - Preorder Only - Orlando

Every item I’ve tried has been absolutely divine. This dedicated gluten-free bakery is truly a celiac’s dream. I feel so lucky to now be a local and have access to such safe and delicious items. The fact that the baker creates character-shaped, celiac-safe treats for children (and adults of course) is incredibly special and meaningful. It brings so much joy to families who often have to miss out. Beyond the amazing baked goods, the baker herself is so sweet, helpful, and genuinely caring. You can feel the love and intention behind everything she does. I can’t wait to try even more items. Highly recommend!!!!

I recently moved to the Orlando area and planned on celebrating the holidays at Disney. I had seen many posts about Pastry Power in one of my local gluten free Facebook groups and knew I had to place an order for some Mickey themed treats. Everything I’ve eaten so far has been absolutely delicious and my non gluten free husband agrees! I know everything else will be too. I was so grateful I was able to celebrate with some holiday themed snacks. Katie was even able to accommodate my other allergies to make sure I was able snack safely. Pick up was a breeze and you can tell how passionate Katie is about her business 😊 I will definitely be placing another order in the future!

I am so thankful I found Pastry Power! Even with Disney being amazing with allergens, there is still a risk for those of us who are super sensitive. Having the peace of mind and opportunity to enjoy these amazing treats while knowing they were made in a dedicated kitchen was worth its weight in gold. These aren't just "good for gluten free," like some gf bakeries, they're PHENOMENAL. Every single one was outstanding - but I think the pretzel bagels and cinnamon rolls may be top contenders if we had to choose ;). Katie has clearly put a LOT of time and talent into perfecting these recipes and it shows, down to every last detail. Bonus points for outstanding customer service and hotel delivery. Love love love, and could not recommend more. :)

Ran across Pasty Power on an ad on Facebook. Placed our first order and picked it up today. Katie is very responsive. Her cupcakes were so moist and my daughter said it’s one of the best gluten free cupcakes she has ever had!!! She also delivers to Disney resorts and is dedicated gluten free cottage bakery! 💕. Although you coat tell they are gluten free lol. Already placed my Thanksgiving order. So thankful to have found this bakery.

I'm have celiac and have to be gluten free - I ordered some vanilla cakes for our wedding and they turned out so beautiful and delicious. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get some other GF goodies including cinnamon donuts and cookies. She was gracious enough to deliver these directly to our wedding venue the morning of! Will definitely be ordering from again next time we are in town!
