Delicious pasta sauces, we loved the secret mix Pink sauce that is mixture of other 2, excellent balance and sauces are very creamy and cheesy. If you like cheese, this is the place !! They have Olive garden style garlic Parmesan bread sticks and melt cheese on it, wow! Also tried their deserts, Nutella bomb was winner and tiramisu was also great. Excellent food, service, very clean and a lot of options to choose from. Alfredo was also our favorite.

Such a great experience! We came in as a family and everyone found something they loved. The portions are generous, ingredients are fresh, and everything tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and patient, especially with kids. Perfect casual spot for a quick but delicious meal

Just discovered Pastaphony and wow — what a gem in Carlsbad! They just opened recently, and you can really tell how much care goes into the food. The pasta is incredibly fresh, rich, and so creamy — exactly what you hope for when you’re craving comfort food done right. Portions are very generous (definitely great value for the price), and everything we tried was full of flavor. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the sauces are perfectly balanced — not too heavy, just deliciously satisfying. The whole concept is fun and modern, but the food still feels authentic and hearty. If you love pasta, this place is a must-try. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Absolutely loved this place! We tried Pastaphony for the first time today and were honestly impressed. The build-your-own pasta concept is super fun and the pasta was fresh and flavorful. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming — you can tell they really care. So happy to have a spot like this in Carlsbad. We’ll definitely be back!

We ordered cheesy garlic bread sticks, a Caesar salad, Spaghetti Chicken Parm, Spinach Ravioli with grilled chicken, and an order of the Nutella bombs to go. Portions were huge. Like 3 meals out of the spaghetti if you order a 2nd chicken breast. We split the salad and again like 4 salads. Could have made the ravioli into at least 2 meals. It came with 4 garlic bread sticks that had a great garlic flavor. And the Nutella bombs came with 4 and wrre delicious. We will definitely eat there again.
