Pasadena Public Health Department

This department is unresponsive, slow and not people-oriented. I called this week, due to their ad in Pasadena Now about MMR vaccines. I left all contact info and NEVER got a return call. This same unresponsiveness happened during covid. THIS DEPARTMENT IS PAID FOR BY OUR TAXPAYER DOLLARS!! They should respond to Pasadena residents. Shame on you for your uncaring, unresponsive behavior! You don't care for our health at all.

Was here for my Daughter's birth certificate in may 2020 durijg covid period and it was very quick. Again in 2022 went to get my Son's dob and it was also very quick service. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I've literally been on hold over 20 minutes. I paid extra money to have a document done on the same day and shocker... it's not done and Patricia can't return a phone call within a timely manner. I am demanding a refund for the "express" fee. It would of been cheaper for me to drive from AZ back to Pasadena to get the darn thing myself.

Horrible experience with the dental clinic. I want to know where I can lodge a complaint. Mistreatment at the hands of the dentist left me traumatized. She should either be disciplined or fired. Rude and incompetent. Tried to drill me while the anesthesia had not taken effect, ignored me when I told her that. They used to have good service. I think she lied to me and told me there was no longer a senior service. I am checking into that. Horrible person!
