Parlor Doughnuts

We stopped in while on our road trip. It was easy to order only for a quick pick up. The doughnuts are delicious. We love the honey, blueberry and coconut filled. The turtle cheesecake is a new favorite. We tried the breakfast tacos and we would definitely have them again. The savory pepperoni pizza doughnut was just ok.

This place was recommended to me for a good place to pick up some treats for a client. It has the feel of a classic diner and smelled great. The coffee was delicious and my clients loved their donuts and were excited to see my arms full of the boxes. It was a great recommendation for me and I wanted to pass it along

UPDATED REVIEW. I was reached out to you by management that recommended I give it another try. Again like usual the place was absolutely gorgeous. Speaking with the manager my concerns were addressed very thoroughly and was able to see what was going on with the processing of the donuts that were there prior. We spoke about all incidents and I felt very comfortable with the way that they were addressed. After seeing the way that the gluten free donuts are supposed to come out they were delicious they're soft not chewy and didn't crumble. The regular donuts this time we're thoroughly cooked and we're very close to the consistency of a croissant. My daughter was very pleased with it and this time finished half of a donut. Finally got to try these donuts! Everyone in East TN has been talking about em! Absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was super cool too. We only got the donuts, but loved the flavor choices! 100 percent will come back when I’m in town :)

Our experience here at 9:50 on Saturday Feb. 21st, 2026 was horrible. We ordered gluten free doughnuts and they were basically uncooked. It was raw dough and they refused to admit that they are incorrect. They are complete mush, I took a bite of each and they are completely inedible. I am so incredibly disappointed and discouraged by how the staff treated not just us but every customer. We left with our doughnuts and got into the car where upon opening them I was excited, however one touch and the doughnut was play dough. My husband went into ask if they were correct and they were immediately ignorant of how the doughnut should taste, look, or feel. Everyone hid in the kitchen while my husband spoke with what seemed to be their newest employee. A young man, just doing his best but totally
