Parks & Rec Gastropub Sports Bar

I visited this pub tonight to play pool and I must say, the experience was top notch, largely thanks to our server Samantha. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel instantly welcome. Throughout our meal, Samantha was incredibly attentive. She checked on us regularly ensuring our drinks were filled and asking if we needed anything else. Our food came quickly and was delicious. Her service elevated our time here so if you happen to get her as your server, i’m sure you’ll also have a great experience. Thanks to Samantha, we had a great evening.

I recently hosted my stepdad’s Celebration of Life at Parks and Rec Gastropub in Forest Glade, Windsor, and I cannot recommend this venue enough. When I began searching for a location, I was looking for something relaxed, semi-private, and sporty — a setting that felt less formal and less somber. Parks and Rec was the perfect choice. From the very beginning, the General Manager, Michel, was fantastic. He shared his cell number at the inquiry stage, promptly answered all of my questions, and even worked with the chef to accommodate a special menu item we requested. Michel and team helped us to host our wedding part there. We can't stress how helpful, patient and flexible they were with us. The food, the service, and the atmosphere was exactly what we had in mind. We'd highly recommend them for any type of event.

My friends and I hosted a baby shower at Parks & Rec, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience! Michel and his team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and were incredibly accommodating. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I've tried time and time again to like the food. The place is very nice. Large, great bar, nice patio, lots of drink options. Drinks are pricey though. Pints are not even full pints, yet they charge 7 dollars? Measurement Canada would issue fines. Anyways, the service is ok. But the food is just not good. I've given the place many tries and two of ten times the food was good! That's not a good ratio. I may come in for a drink again here and there but I'll avoid the food.
