DO NOT RENT any equipment from them. I rented a soda gun for 65 dollars a month for 8 years. We started having trouble with it and they sent tech after tech after tech out and charged a premium service fee for coming out and fixing their equipment. Never had it working for the last year. Told them this told them to come pick it up they kept charging me monthly to the tune of almost 900 dollars. When they finally did pick it up I paid half of the balance thinking they would pay the other half since their equipment didn’t even work….Nope and today they tried to run my debit card for an additional 412 dollars without and authorization signed or verbal….Which was fraud I called and told the office manager that of which should never be in that position and she promptly returned my money but the

I’ve done business with this company for 23 years. 20 of those have been a great working relationship. I’ve sworn by them and recommended to other business owners. Not sure what ownership/management changes have been made but this is the very last time I’ll be disappointed in their service or products. I’m done.

Always love going to Parks. They have the most amazing stuff for your home bar or for your restaurant. Love the people that work there. They are very knowledgeable too! Just go to Parks to see all the kool things you can find there!
