First time here, we definitely will come back. We’ve had a lot of different Texas BBQ & this is great for Wisconsin. I had the brisket stuffed jalapeño poppers as a meal, & these were delicious. The brisket Cuban sandwich was good, a little dry, and the other meals were very good (basically we all had some form of brisket). Mac & cheese was very cheesy 😊. We’d like to come back for pizza, the pizza passing us by from other orders looked really good.

Parker John’s delivers a fun, Texas-style BBQ experience with plenty of flavor and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I had the pulled pork and it was absolutely amazing tender, flavorful, and everything you want from good BBQ. The wings were smoky goodness and definitely a highlight. The ribs were a little undercooked for my personal preference, but still had great seasoning. Our waitress, Sam, was fantastic…attentive, sweet, and genuinely great to interact with. She made the whole experience even better. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with menus and activities to keep little ones busy, which is always a plus. Atmosphere-wise, it’s got that Texas-inspired charm: rustic, lively, and comfortable. A solid spot for BBQ lovers and families alike!

Our first time here with friends, we were seated promptly, given peanuts while we checked out the menu. We ordered our drinks and appetizers, cheese curds and armadillo eggs. The armadillo eggs were nice and smokey served on deep fried onion straws. I placed order for the Texas two step. I choose burnt ends and brisket with shoestring fries and coleslaw and corn bread. Burnt ends came in a bowl with sauce and we're quite tasty. Brisket was good as well, not overly smokey, coleslaw had a nice creamy texture, fries were good but we're salted. The corn bread had a sweetness to it. We don't usually get dessert, but tried the peach cobbler as well. Came to table hot and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Our waitress was very friendly, coming back frequently to refill drinks. We finished our

Just all around deliciousness!!!!!! I tried the Desert Pear Margarita and my bf had the Smokin' Bulleit Old Fashioned. We ordered the armadillo eggs for an appetizer and had the pork tacos and Carolina BBQ sandwich for the main course. Everything was WONDERFUL!!!!!! The staff was great, tv's playing the game all over the building with bar, high top and booth options for seating. This is a must do for anyone in the area!

Nice place and decent food, but after spending a summer in the south, the bbq is not of the same caliber as we experienced in Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. I had the brisket French dip, and it was good, but not great. The same for my partner who had the pulled pork sandwich. The pork was very tender, but a little bland. The selection of sauces did add some needed flavor, but well seasoned bbq doesn't need sauce, as I learned in the south. The kids cheese curds were really good and were quite generous. I didn't particularly care for the onion rings, as they were very thin cut and were served barely warm. Service was pretty good, though drink refills took a while. Prices were reasonable and the birthday treat was appreciated.
