The Paris Baguette in Ramsey is an exceptional spot that truly elevates the bakery experience. Everything I've tried, from the buttery, flaky croissants to the perfectly balanced fruit tarts, is absolutely delicious and clearly made from scratch with real ingredients. A major highlight is that their cakes, and they are not overly sweet, a rarity in the U.S. that makes their desserts a must-try. Combined with friendly service and reasonable prices, this location never disappoints.

To build a business is not easy, but fixing a mistake should not be this difficult. I placed a scheduled delivery order through Uber Eats for a whole cake. Instead, I received a single slice. I called the store to explain the issue, and they could barely locate my order in their system. I was told I needed to come to the store with the slice and the receipt in order to receive the cake I had already paid for. It was a Saturday evening and my house was full of guests. I had to leave my own gathering to drive to the store and correct an error that was not mine. First time visiting a Paris Baguette location and we were very satisfied! The girls in the front end were very friendly and quick. We got two cake slices for my dad's birthday and loved that there were so many options. I also tried the Korean iced coffee and it was good. A little sweeter than I'd like but it was fine. I'd definitely visit this location again.
