Paris Baguette

Ok to be fair we were there after dinner when we were already full and the pastries weren’t at it peak freshness. But our pastries were less than crispy and flaky. But the space was nice to sit and chat with friends after dinner.

This place came up on the radar when we wanted a late coffee with aome sweets. The walk was short and I think we scored. We walked in and felt at home. A huge section with fresh pastries and sandwiches. A large selection of beautiful holiday and birthday cakes. Plenty of hot and cold drinks to pick from. The service was very friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a cold evening when you are hungry and want some peace.

I had the best experience here with my fiancé! 💚 The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel so relaxing for a cozy afternoon together. Misha prepared the most amazing matcha I’ve ever had—sweet, smooth, and absolutely delicious. If you love sweet matcha, this is hands down the place to try. And I can’t forget their fruit pastry… I’m obsessed! The cream is heavenly, and I make sure to have it every single time I come back. 🥐🍓 Highly recommend! ✨

I came in because I was so excited to hear they opened a Paris Baguette in Evanston! The Iced Cookie Butter latte was pretty good. I also got a pastry but there were two long pieces of hair in it so I ended up just throwing it away 🫠🥴 Hopefully this is something they can fix for the future. Probably will be sticking to drinks!

Overall, the experience is great, BUT! Owner, please get your staff uniforms! They all look like random dudes off the street who ran in to work behind the counter. In casual clothes, with jewelry, no head gear is crazy work. It looks unprofessional and ruins the vibe. The food is good.
