This restaurant is unreachable. When you call the 888- number it in details tells you this business uses another business to operate. It is a virtual kitchen! Whatever that is. I placed an order this morning at 1:15 a.m. It was delivered at 2:30 a.m. I ordered the Chicken Cheese steak combo. What I got was a cheesesteak original. The fries where lacking. The lemonade was good. The meal was $18 and change. I tipped the driver $5. My total $32! Now I can not reach anyone to state a complaint. I will say the food was nice. When I googled it showed IHOP! At 16230 Paramount Blvd. Guess I have to contact Postmates, for some compensation. And the delivery person stated they were not the reason for the delay of delivery. Great delivery person.
I ordered a cheesesteak with onions and bacon and an order of fries.The sandwich did not have 🥓 bacon on it, and I did not receive my fries.I will never order from this place again. No customer service only through the Door dash app.
Don’t order from here. It’s ihop who cooks the food.
