Parador Rojo Restaurant

Second time here with my loves. Went for brunch and they did not disappoint. Yummy food friendly staff except for the hostess today (Feb, 1st) wasn’t friendly smiling at all/uninviting.

Was craving chichaaron and went to door dash to see some stores open. I chose to order here. I got one chicharron app and two slices tres leches. The chicarron was hard, inedible, and old. It had lettuce stuck to some of them as if they almost took of someone’s plate who ate there and didn’t finish their food. I’m disgusted. The tres leches looked nice, however it is the worst piece of cake I’ve ever had.I won’t ever eat here ever again I’m actually disgusted to think I ate someone’s garbage.

The food was well-seasoned and decent portion sizes, though slightly overpriced for the quality of meat, particularly the carne asada which was quite tough for $20+. The service was not good at all. The place was virtually empty and we were ignored by waitress multiple times, even after stacking our plates and waving her down. Mandatory valet which was frustrating considering the ease of parking here. You can get a good meal here, but highly suggest ordering for pickup instead of dining in.

I went to El Parador Rojo for lunch with my wife. It was our first time there. Our server was Ana Milena. She was very pleasant, very polite. Ana Milena returned to our table constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel at home. The food was amazing, delicious, and the service was excellent. Diana Pineda provided an excellent service. Food and Drinks were on point. We had the pleasure to have live music by Martin Cordoba.Sunday night date night.
