Paradise Shaved Ice & Ice Cream Shop - Lebanon, IN

Another excellent shop! This is the 2nd one we’ve been to. Dole whips are great. This time I tried the Lime/Cherry swirl and it was excellent. We also had pineapple and orange Dole Whip. The line was long, but the staff was working their rears off to keep the line moving quick!

Great ice cream, awful service. Cashier didn’t put a smile on his face and was rude. Gave me a broken cone that was holding on by a thread, sat down to eat and the cone broke. Might give them a second chance but not any time soon.

3 scoops for $5. Great amount of servings for your money. Salted caramel truffle try it.

When this ice cream shop first opened, it was great. All different kinds of flavors for their shaved ice, and they rotated the dole whip flavors. We went shortly after they reopened for the season and everything on their menu was tagged as “out”. They only had vanilla and orange flavored dole whip, and they didn’t have anyone in there. The iPad had a message saying they were going to be back shortly. Waited a good five minutes, but no sign of anyone. I don’t see this shop doing too good anymore which is such a shame.

I was so excited to try this place, but unfortunately it was a big disappointment. I ordered a shaved ice, and the worker must not have put it through the machine long enough because it was just ice chips. There also wasn't much flavoring in it, so we were mostly just crunching on large chunks of flavorless ice. Unfortunately, the worker was also quite rude. She didn't greet us, didn't ask for our order or anything- she just stood there staring at us. When she made our orders, she placed them on the counter and walked away without saying anything, which was really weird. I gave her a tip too, which I honestly kind of regret doing because the service was awful. On the plus side, one member in our group ordered I've cream, and they said that it was good.
