Customer Reviews
I discovered PappaRoti while visiting Dubai and I became obsessed with the buns. I live in Canada, and this is the closest location to me (40 mins away). Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The buns are made a little differently here. No cheese on the inside. But they are still good. The service is okay. The atmosphere is alright. Much better experience in Dubai. The first time around I got coupons. I came back a week later hoping to buy a few to take back home to share with family but I forgot my coupons in Canada. The server refused to give me another set of coupons and claimed he didn’t have any. It just discouraged me from buying more to take home. I was just so excited and my expectations were completely let down. I’ll probably go to the locations in Dubai before I come b
I stopped by PappaRoti for a little bit with a friend, and I had a good time. The cafe is quite comfortable and decently quiet, and they have some interesting menu options. The staff was professional, and I ended up trying the Kerak tea with one of their buns. The tea was sweet and spiced with cardamom, but the bun ended up being the star of my visit. The bun had a perfect texture with a firm outside and a fluffy inside while being slightly sweet and buttery. Don’t miss out on trying the buns if you haven’t had one before. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this cafe, and it’s definitely worth a stop.
Irani chai was rich and perfectly brewed, not overly sweet, and very comforting. The bun was soft and fresh, with a nice hint of sweetness that paired really well with the chai. A classic combo done right and definitely worth trying. Overpriced though!! Place is congested but good
My experience at papa roti was absolutely incredible, and this is probably my new favourite dessert place in the area. The smell, service and genuine vibe is amazing. The food is even better. All of the bun flavours and textures are perfect, unique, and delicious. My personal favourite is the Mona Lisa. In conclusion, this is an incredible restaurant, and you definitely get those buns.
Came here for book club and it was a pleasant space! The drinks were delicious and their main food item was really good, lots of options to choose from. Everyone was happy.
