Pappaceno's Pizza

This was an alright pizza joint. Called in a pick up on the way to a Bills game. The Buffalo NY style Pizza was good, soda cooler was damn near empty. The pizza had a good amount of toppings, a lot of cheese. That's how they do it in the area.

I’m not sure if there was a new employee working or what but this is what the entire sub looked like. Not what I remember ordering from pap’s. Literally a sliver of meat across my entire sub AND I had added bacon to it. As soon as I took the subs out of the bag I knew something was off. Literally looked like I picked up foot longs from Ted’s, that’s how small they were. Crazy when you’re paying $28 for two subs.

Disgusting. First bite of large pizza and a huge dark brown hair was embedded in the cheese!!! What was worse was the response I got from the manager, Judy. Instead of apologies she said "it happens I guess". She acted truly bothered when I showed her and asked for a refund. I brought her back the entire pizza and she acted as if a refund was an unreasonable request. Didn't even offer something complimentary. Not that I would have taken it. Horrible customer service

Really good pizzas. The meatball sub is a MUST HAVE! It is by far one of the best meatball sub I ever. The meatballs are sliced, which is really nice.

Love their pizza. Very consistent. It's honestly a nice compromise between thin crust and typical buffalo style. Always on time and the price is very fair given the current state of pizza cost
