Paper Mill Pines Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I had an amazing winter weekend escape here. We weren’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by the location, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and owners—it was exactly what we were looking for and more! They’re dog friendly, which was perfect for us. They even had a list of local things they recommended for guests to check out, while they’re there and we took advantage of it and loved each place they recommended. We cannot recommend this place enough and we definitely plan to come back. Thank you both for a great stay!

Donna and Alan were the supreme hosts! This B&B is obviously a labor of love and truly a deal. Spotless, airy, and cozy, this place had all the amenities that any guest might want -- from comfortable bed to warm shower, with a lovely spacious garden and delicious breakfast, Donna and Alan were delightful to talk to. They had a wealth of information and suggestions about the area. I would 100% recommend this place and would certainly go again!

We booked for one night and then added a second as an after thought, so we got to try two rooms. Both of them were wonderful. Cozy, comfortable rooms with pretty decor and comfortable beds. The house is equally lovely. The grounds of the house are absolutely gorgeous. There are many sitting areas with beautiful landscaping and flowers all over. I loved seeing the hummingbirds. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will for sure stay there again! I have already recommended to several friends.

We had an amazing stay at Paper Mill Pines after spending the day at Ricketts Glen State Park. The property is gorgeous! Donna is wonderful, and so helpful with dinner suggestions and provided a really great breakfast in the morning.

Beautiful grounds with a pond that has a short walking trail around it. Peaceful setting.Clean, comfortable room. We stayed in The Cypress room overlooking the backyard. Close to Ricketts Glen hiking. Breakfast was delicious. A beautiful, friendly cat also on site! They have WiFi , however, cell service is not good or in the surrounding area. Peaceful getaway we thoroughly enjoyed!
