Papa's Pizza To Go

I ordered to-go online. The food was ready when I got there. The pizza was excellent, the bread sticks were soft and delicious. The dipping sauces were great! 10/10

Pizza is pretty typical of most chains. They use a little more sauce than I prefer and the sauce is on the sweet side. Cheese breadsticks were good. Food was ready when promised.

We previously had great experiences. I always order 1.5 hours or more ahead of time. Typically we only order pizza when we have way too much going on to cook. This is now the 3rd time I’ve ordered ahead and the person picking up the food is waiting over 15 minutes. We order ahead so that we can get to other engagements on time. I don’t really understand how if I’ve ordered 1.5 + hours ahead of time it’s not ready and my husband is sitting there for 15+ minutes.

My kids loved the 18 inch cheese. It’s like a little sweet and literally made me think of back in the day drive in pizza NJ STYLE (sweet and crispy on the edges) … KIDS LOVE IT I LOVE IT!!!

Ordered over phone said 25 minutes. Got there 30 minutes later, paid with tip. Said it be right out, waited another 10 minutes watching employees on phone doing nothing. Finally asked about my order and saw them reach in warmer to get it, which had been in there since I walked in the door. Had to ask for salad and correct dressing on top of everything else. I get that kids work there, but the manager wasn't even interested in running a proper place. Been going there for a good 20 years and worst service yet. Very disappointing to say the least. Makes the longer ride somewhere else worth it.
