Paparoni's Pizzeria and Grill

I heard a lot about Paparoni’s Pizzeria and was eager to try it out as a family. My daughter is a big pizza fan so we always enjoy trying something new when we have an opportunity to do so. First the food. The pizza was delicious and more on the cheesy side. It reminded me of my favorite pizza style from Cincinnati. The breadsticks were my daughter’s favorite and the seasoning and texture were great! The atmosphere is a great throwback vibe that I absolutely appreciated! If you miss pizzaria’s from the 80’s and 90’s era, please dine in and enjoy this wonderful throwback atmosphere. It’s seriously fantastic. Lastly, the service. All of the employees were very friendly and nice. Very courteous and pleasant during my time in the restaurant. 5 out of 5. Go visit today and enjoy!

When I have ordered here, in the past, I haven't had an issue. Tonight for some reason, tonight was not that type of night. Tonight the house salad that I ordered a good majority of my spinach was refrigerated burnt, and I did not get the strawberries that I ordered. I am having a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact that who ever put my salad together didn't noticed the condition of the spinach. That they just did a half as job. ~Swansea Location

We ordered online, the delivery took longer than anticipated and there was no ETA so we called. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and told us it would be there soon and to call if there was any issue with the order when it arrived. When it arrived, one of our pizzas was missing. When we called the second time, the person apologized profusely as it had been left behind and said he would get it to us as soon as he could. 2 minutes later our pizza was at the door. It was a large order, so I absolutely do not hold it against them. The service was phenomenal and only comes in second to the food. Hands down the best American/Italian in the area.

Pizza was really good dough was fresh and bread sticks were good as well. Service was great very friendly people.

This place is always good however imagine my shock at paying $45 for lunch. We ordered our usual pizza and wings which is normally a special and normally $26. They no longer have this special but instead offer $5 off any large pizza and 12 wings. Got the check and 12 wings cost us $18.99. I have never paid $18.99 for 12 wings. I’ll be back for the pizza but ya’ll can keep the wings.
