Papacitos Burritos Detroit Lakes

Vibes were chill, staff was fire. My mom’s burrito was MASSIVE and worth it. I got a burrito bowl instead and… it low-key missed. Same price, like five bites (not exaggerating), and some rice was crunchy 😭 Flavors were fresh and good, but the bowl needs to take notes from Chipotle 👀🔥

The building is dark and gloomy. I got my food quick. I like that you can order ahead online. Food was subpar. It wasn't warm. I'm not sure I got any guac like I ordered. Very bland overall but then every like fifth bite was really really spicy. Definitely wouldn't go out of my way to eat here

Terrible burrito. Went there on Wednesday night for burritos and was disappointed with what I got. Rice was hard like it was sitting in the pan since lunchtime. Was not expecting a crunchy burrito. The meat tasted like it was canned meat. The queso was brown. The 2 workers looked like they didn't know how to make a burrito and kept looking up at the sign for ingredients. Easy pass.

Ordered the Texan and the employee had to read the board to make the burrito and they were out of salsa also didn’t put on the veggies, we ordered a second and it was made completely different by another employee but still wasn’t what the menu stated. Kind of bland! Sorry not going back.

The Nacho Platter specials are amazing and so was the staff. One of my favorite places in town 🙌
