Papa Nick's Pizza

First of all I am so upset because I order from this place all the time but I am not understanding what is going on with tonight . I called at 7:33 to be exact to order a plain pizza and grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. At 8:30 I called in and asked if it was on the way and the person told me it was. By 9:09 I called back again to see what was going on and that person told me that my order was never put in. So I said okay put it in now he said 20-30 mins but it did not come until 10:00. Why did I get a chicken with cheese pizza and a boiled egg with the shell on it in my salad. Not only that but why is the egg brown ? You can’t even tell the difference from the egg and the chicken. I also asked for ranch dressing and received Caesar.

I have been rocking with Papa Nicks since the first day they opened: over 20 years. I have gotten to know the staff and drivers: shout out to Eric one of the delivery driver’s. Anyway I ordered a grilled chicken salad today and IT WAS NASTY. I could not eat it. The chicken was rubbery and not cooked properly. The lettuce was watery and because of it the croutons were soggy. I could not eat it and threw it in the trash. Money waisted. This is not the first time the food was thrown out due to its lack of taste. Two weeks ago I ordered a mushroom steak no cheese and it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. And the list grows. Needless to say: I’m done.

I ordered a large plain pizza and mini tacos. It was supposed to take 50 to 60 minutes. It took an hour and a half, and the food was cold and almost tasteless. I guess my first time getting food from here is also my last time. Hope you have better luck.

Zero stars! Ordered a large cheese steak strombli with only steak cheese and Xtra sauce. I specified "NO ONIONS "!!!! I've had them put onions a few times in the past so I always make sure I say no onions and have them it. Well I get home and onions!!! Call them they say bring it back in 20minutes we'll have a new one. We'll, I open it in the car and it's a small!!!! The manager says sorry that the wrong one that one also has onions and tell his guy, his is the next one coming out. We'll I get home cut it open and the 1st thing I see is a mushroom then pork pepperoni. Mind you 2 hours in no stomboli and cold fries. Went back and had to yell for a refund. Gave them their food back. Bunch of young kids answering the phone. Total incompetence. I wont be bringing my business here anymore. Trus

¿Papa Nick's? What happened???? I'm truly disappointed! You used to be my go to for a really good pizza pie. There was waaay to much cheese, no where near enough sauce, and the crust??? It used to be a nice traditional pizza crust!!! Now idk what happened. Some kinda thick dough that was supposed to be pizza crust. Even the sliced Italian sausage is cut way to thick and different brand then before. Soooo disappointed. Whatever whoever changed things they shouldn't have. Sorry to say but no longer is papa Nick's that real pizza spot! Sad to say 😞
